   Our granddaughter had her birthday party at Belle's Playbarn today. Thanks to Ella and the other staff the children had a wonderful time. We were greeted by Ella on arrival and she showed us to the party room and let us know about drinks for the children, ordering drinks for the adults and when the food would be bought out and if we had any questions. The food(hot buffet)was terrific and a good selection. The children had a brilliant run around(and ice pack was promptly given for a child who hit their hand)and ate well. And at the end the staff cleared everything away, perfect!

   Good little cafe to visit if you have little ones. Wonderful soft play, with 2 hour sessions. Cream tea was of good value, however myself and my friend did have to wait 30 minutes for our scones and obviously we had drunk our tea by then.

   Been coming here for a while, but our last 2 visits have been a complete disaster. The place has drastically gone downhill, dirty and dusty and now falling apart. When we emailed to complain about our first bad visit we got a lot of backchat and defensiveness- our concerns were dismissed and they assured us that they absolutely do deep clean and today’s pictures again prove that this is not clean. On top of that the attitude of the staff today was shocking- trying to buy a juice carton for my son and approach the counter completely ignored by Alexandra whilst her colleague was on the phone, I asked Alexandra if I can order and she said “no I’m busy” and continued to mess around with the counter display. Absolutely shocking and completely over this place. Warning if your child has asthma or dust allergies this place is health hazard

   Used to be great and very clean but it has really gone down hill. They don’t clean it like it needs! Such a shame as it just needs a deep clean every so often to keep it great.

   Amazing little space & the staff are amazing! Was a smidge pricey for food/drink but totally worth the price for such a nice soft play! My son loved it too

   Didn’t particularly want to give any stars but I will for the soft play area, Very Clean and nice little soft play area. We waited 45 minutes for a small bowl of chips to which I asked staff twice about and they said it would be coming from the kitchen. We waited and then asked staff again and staff member went to the kitchen to which he said they hadn’t revived the order but would do it straight away. If this was seen to in the first place of me asking I don’t think this would have been the case. Booked and paid online for my four children. My son aged 11 with additional needs was happily playing and one staff member asked how old he was and if she could measure him to which this upset my son. Staff member said he was too tall and said he shouldn’t be in there! We had already paid for all four children so this shocked me. Staff very rude, after hearing such lovely things about this soft play we will not be visiting again due to how the staff made us feel! Avoid

   We love it here! Amazing softplay area, big enough for my 4 year old. Cafe has everything you need. One member of staff I noticed (Helen) works her socks off!! So polite and helpful.

   An ideal and relatively small but inexpensive indoor play area for younger children. The day we visited was very quiet. Our grandson had a great time. The welcome at the reception was efficient but not particularly welcoming or warm. We could recommend the place to anyone with young children and look forward to going there again..
