Store and staff are fantastic! However one very annoying issue with the Toolstation system, if you order something that's a direct delivery to you, you can't return it through Toolstation! This is really annoying and isn't an issue with Screwfix.
Toolstation in Congleton is brilliant. Extreamly helpful staff always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing is too difficult and they are always able to suggest alternative solutions. Thank you for your help and support
Amazing staff, very helpful and full of product knowledge, helped me find what I need a lot the last few days whilst I attempted some diy. The staff made it that easy and were that pleasant I no longer check the competitor next door and just use them now
Store is clean and bright, they’ve got everything you need and I find you can get stuff a little cheaper here. The staff is what keeps me coming back, they are fantastic! Every time I go in they’re friendly, polite and helpful. Whenever I’ve asked for advice on something I’m buying they always advise as best they can. They seem genuinely interested in not only serving but pointing customers in the right direction in a friendly and approachable manner, if I ever need to buy tools I always try toolstation first, never had a bad experience.

The two ladies on the counter were massivly helpful after a bad experience with the Screwfix next door. I wont be going anywhere else from now on!
