This is my first contact with Direct Door Handles and I can only say that I am impressed as Paul has been superb with the information and advice that he has given me. He is also delaying my delivery to suit my requirements. Great service and no hesitation in recommending this company.
I rarely leave reviews, but I have been so impressed with Paul that I feel its the right thing to do. I placed an order for 12 door handles and some deadbolts and Paul identified that I had likely made an error with the deadbolts (different backset between handle latches and deadbolts). Paul emailed me within an hour to check with me, and was able to correct my mistake which otherwise wouldn't have been identified until fitting. Unfortunately one of the deadbolts didn't have a smooth action (it came in a sealed bag from manufacturer), on informing Paul he quickly organised a replacement from the manufacturer and kept me in the loop at all times.
