The Lady I spoke to was very abrupt and rude . I read on the website that this was a not-for-profit legal practice which gives professional, confidential legal advice and assistance but the lady I spoke to provided very little assistance and said that because I was not her client she will not give me 100% proof advice, I mean what kind of service is this. Very disappointed indeed.
