Our stay at the Pine Lodge for the May Bank Holiday weekend (3 nights) was perfect. The cabin was very warm and cosy, beds were comfy, shower was lovely, facilities were great, and we had everything we needed, the hot tub was an added bonus. It's the perfect location and very dog friendly place, nearest Supermarket is Tesco. We went to Gnoll Country Park (about 20 mins away), Porthcawl Rest Bay beach was half an hour away, Neath is just beautiful. Our first visit to Wales and myself and my family (husband and 3 boys aged 5, 8 and 10) have all loved it. Great food places near by, highly recommend The Mine and Castelany's for dinner, The Ranch Breakfast and Bar and Dynffrn Arms for Sunday Roast (THE Best Sunday roast we have had). Thank you Sam for making our stay, stress free, communication was great throughout and it was perfect for my husbands 40th.

We had a fabulous weekend here. The house was amazing, definitely big enough for all 12 of us. The hot tub & the games room were big hits with the younger people. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet relaxing stay . Went away as couples for a relaxing weekend. Cabin was set in a beautiful location. Had everything you needed with the added bonus of a hot tub. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and the touch of a welcome basket with goodies went down well. Would highly recommend for a break away with friends or as a family.

I Stayed in cedar cottage for 3 nights while visiting my partner's relatives. We often go to Port Talbot and stay in hotels but thought I would book something a bit different. Different turned out to be very special as the cottage was very nice and clean inside. 6/7beds meaning we could put the grandchildren up on Saturday night and what with the hot tub and the very large grass area outside with goals it made for a very memorable weekend. We have just asked to book both cottages for my partner's birthday and have a large gathering and bbq. Thank you Sam and Ruth

We had the most beautiful stay in this idyllic setting. The views are incredible and the peace and tranquility of the place meant that we really didn't want to leave. Sam, Ruth and their girls were so welcoming and couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect in every way. We would highly recommend this as a place to rest and recover, whilst also providing some lovely walks in the picturesque countryside. We will absolutely be staying again, this time for longer.
