   Amazing firm as a whole and we cannot sing Sally's praises enough. She is just outstanding! The most efficient, proactive and determined person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had 56 days to complete, which initially sounded impossible but she was calm and confident from day one, kept us updated throughout the process, and she got us into our new home way ahead of time, despite the mountain of other jobs she was already dealing with. She really knows her stuff and I'm pretty sure she must run on caffeine and pure determination because she responded to emails at any hour of the day or night and is always spot on, doesn't miss anything. She gave us. A quote and assured us we wouldn't pay more than she quoted- no extra hidden fees, and was true to her word. If you want someone to take the stress out of the legal side of moving home, you need Sally.

Due to a number of changes in regulations with flats our case took around 8 months to complete but during this time Jade was reassuring, provided us with regular updates and made sure our case was processing as quickly as it possibly could.
