   I've been using GAP Winsford for over five years now, and their service has always been excellent. For smaller tasks and minor jobs, there's never any hassle, and any issues are resolved promptly. My most recent large order, which was over £10,000, arrived early, and everything was exactly as expected, making my work much easier. Tammy, in particular, is extremely knowledgeable—it's great to have trade counter staff who really understand the job.

   Ordered 4 windows and went through it with the guy who was working and when it came to one of the windows I specifically asked for it to be a french window. He set it up as french and told me it had gone through as a french window. So I signed for the order and paid deposit. 3 weeks later and the windows are delivered and I find the window I ordered as a french window has come as a standard window with 2 openers. I called gap and explained that the window has come wrong. Back an forth for 2 weeks waiting for a solution to find out today in store that its basically tough luck. I was told that even though I was told it was a french window on the order sheet and signed it I still signed the order. So they said well if you want a french window you'll have to buy another window but we won't refund you for the other window. How can that make sense that I go in order a french window, get told it's a french window and when it arrives not a french window it's my fault. Staff clearly not trained well enough and the customer ends up paying for their mistake. Not somewhere you should go.

   Been a customer of rockdoor and gap for a very long time ( over 20 years ). My account has now been with the winsford branch for a few years. Tammy at the branch couldn't be more helpful and has always gone out of her way to get orders to me as and when I need them. If you visit the branch go see Tammy, she will sort anything you need.

   One of the worst experiences dealing with this lot, wouldn't answer the phone or emails to order eventually went in store, got the order places after two failed delivery dates and window fitters waiting they promised refunds for exceptionally poor service, customer services were most unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!

   Product failed under guarantee but these cowboys refused to honour it. Said guarantee belonged to my builder and wasn’t transferable to me ( end user who paid for them!!). Builder has moved overseas so I can’t expect him to fly back to uk to sort this out. So I am apparently now without any support or guarantee on product I paid several £000s for. Worst example of customer service . Avoid at all costs!!!
