   Super Service, Super Friendly I was just click and collect - and received a very friendly 'do you also need a...' It was a complementary item, I hadn't ordered and 9 times out of 10 you'd need it, and be really pissed off when you realised you'd forgotten. It's the little things, that make a massive difference. THANKS!

   Unbelievable! I purchased an item, and while making payment, the card machine asked for a charity donation. I openly said nup not today and pressed No on the machine. A member of staff who was not even serving me overheard what i said, then snapped at me and said, "That's for cancer research, you know! Hold on, so because I said no, I was treated like a horrible person. How dare that member of staff even make a comment? It is my decision if I want to make a donation. Cancer research is important. However, i refuse to do this while making a payment with my card. Visa takes a slice of this in fees. I donate by running for charity. That way, all the raised money goes to charity. A staff member judging me is unacceptable. Staff training in this store is very much needed.

   What can I say, wow! I highly recommend this place for anyone, I’m not very clued up with anything DIY so have been putting off getting a few jobs around the house done, previously not had the best experience at a similar store in the local area so thought I’d try toolstation. Happy to say I got what needed, the atmosphere in the shop was brilliant I wasn’t made to feel silly for not really knowing what I wanted but with the help of Jayne I was soon sorted, such a credit to the store, she was welcoming, chatty and extremely helpful. She’s a true credit to toolstation. I will be recommending it here to my friends and family for sure! Thanks again Jayne at Toolstation Crewe.

   I went to TS on Wednesday 24.07 at 18:45 and the store was closed ... is it so hard to write opening hours and update them on google ???????

   Yesterday I showed up at 5.45pm for a collection only to find out the store was already closed. A store colleague outside was closing some garage and gave me a look to say "can't you see it's closed?". I do but both the website and Google maps say you close at 8pm so don't trust them on the opening hours. Poor customer service. The following day it took me 35 seconds to collect my materials and the lady was super friendly.
