   Great service from these guys....I bought a house with carpets that were so thin,I couldn't measure them,so I took it to Staffordshire university and they put it under a special electron microscope and determined that the pubic hair of a daddy long legs was thicker than the carpet I had,so I had to replace them. I was looking for some good quality underlay and carpet and these guys were able to come up with the quality and price I was happy with.they were well fitted,on schedule - its that nice it seems a shame to walk on it.

   Really pleased with the carpet itself. Not impressed at all with the fitter. He was very rude and condescending. Gave a very unnecessary opinion of my choice of carpet due to the light colour. Stated that in his opinion the carpet is lovely for a “Showhome” which mine is not… Spent an unreasonable amount of time fitting the carpet and spent the majority of that huffing and tutting. The carpet cost almost £500 including fitting for one room so I would expect a good level of customer service which I did not receive. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

   I have used this company’s service twice in the last 5 years for wooden and laminate flooring . Their service and quality is truly exceptional . And pricing better than any other competitors. Steve said- don’t worry , we will look after you. And oh yes he did!! Today a team of 6 removed carpets and laid a new floor throughout the house in 6 hours! When I told my friends and colleagues, everyone is astounded. Steve, Lee and team a very big thank you Pradip Javle

   Got my whole house carpeted for 700. A 3 person crew turned up to fit. Steve, the owner is the man. His Lady Gaga impressions are the best. For carpets, go nowhere else. Lee is a wizz on the paperwork. Thankyou all.

   Do not buy flooring from this company. I can not explain the hell it has been and the shocking standard of their luxury vinyl. We paid £3,500 for our LVT flooring, in advance having trusted them for previous good standard of carpet fitting in two homes. Very Poor standard of floor fitting, poor professionalism upon FINALLY coming to view the flaws, even after accepting some parts of the flooring would need replacing, his inadequate and frankly bad standards were evident when he stated - when the gaps get filled with DUST you won’t notice them as much! The fitters came and attempted to fix it two months after it was first fitted - with an iron and after stating more of it needed replacing than they first thought, they left stating they would get some more ordered and did not come back to fix any of it and they have avoided us at all costs. We’ve taken them to court and in three days time, when they ignore yet another letter, this time from the courts, they will have a CCJ against them forcing them to repay our money and we will finally get our flooring removed and fitted properly and to a good standard. Please avoid and pay similar prices with a company that has better standards!

   Although Steve was very prompt in quoting for our floor covering, and also in getting it fitted-in the week we asked for it, the service was very poor after that. He said he would source the door bar for us as it was not one that is readily stocked. So we paid for the full job assuming he would keep his word and he would get the door bar and finish the job. He also took the existing door bar we had to try and match it up and despite numerous phone calls and texts, he still has not returned the door bar or finished the job. When my husband asked for a timeline as to when he could do it he just laughed. I would definitely not recommend this company as they don't seem to understand the concept of good customer service and have treated us very poorly-after sales service is appalling. Steve needs to learn about how to treat customers properly.
