   Called in looking for some cream paint. I didn't realise that most paint is white and everything is mixed to order. I went to the counter and was immediately directed to a huge carousel with all different colours, loads to choose from! A very helpful member of staff from behind the counter also fetched me a colour chart to assist me. Very efficient and what I call good old fashioned service. I was asked what base I wanted and the paint was mixed in a matter of minutes. All staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Big thanks for your assistance. My cream paint looks brilliant. I'll be back next time I need paint

   Rude rude rude and unhelpful. Two men , on today 15 th October. 2020. One sat on his back side whilst I waited and the other trying to sell me black paint for my skirting boards stating the paint I had previously must have been ordered in. Rubbish I purchased a Matt paint for woodwork from there. He was not helpful , rude , intimidating and clearly they were both masogonists. I wasn’t a male trade buddy !!!! Never going there again.
