Kids absolutely loved it, me, not so much because it was so hot and i didn't take any kind of shade and there were no umbrellas or canopy or trees to shelter under. Next time, I will know. It is free , which amazed me, I expected to have to pay. My grandchildren had so much fun, we will definitely visit again.

Amazing to have a free facility like this! I wish we had one where I live! The kid's had a great time here. There were 2 'lifeguards' (?) sitting and watching. This in all honesty felt a bit daft and not a good use of money. I can't see how they are needed, as with any park- accidents will happen but this is inevitable and parents responsibility. There were no areas of standing water, just fountains. The loos were filthy, which was a shame. Having someone clean these rather than sitting and watching the splash pad would be more useful. Also unless you have a disabled toilet key you can't used the baby changing facilities which was quite annoying so just had to change my daughter on the grass.

Fantastic for kids aged 3 years plus. Our grandson had 3 hours of fun in here and loved every minute of it. There's a number of different water features, toilets and a shop on site as well as a number of benches for adults to sit on and rest while the kids have fun!

A superb water park, available for free, right next to the beach. A great place to wash off the sand or to enjoy on a hot day. The water is chlorinated and there are many water features. This was a huge hit with the kids who loved it and would have spent all day here, every day! And it was 18 degrees! So I can imagine how popular it is when hotter. I think it’s fanatic that the council has this available for free, it’s a real highlight to a visit here.

Visited from Swansea for the first time, the journey was quick and parking was right at the front and free, it is a lovely area with plenty of shops for refreshments, clean toilets and more. In contrast, it is a far better experience than visiting Blackpill Lidl in Swansea, a trip to Blackpill is very tiresome and sometimes takes up to an hour to travel 2 miles and struggle to find parking in a council car park. Aberavon Aqua Splash did not have that issue and is far better than Blackpill in Swansea, not just by a small part either, it is drastically 100x better. Can’t post photos of the Splash park for obvious reasons, but here are some gorgeous photos looking over Swansea Bay which can be enjoyed from the promenade which the Aqua Splash is on.

The grandkids loved this. It's on the sea front and it's free. If you can get a parking space on the front that is free too. Carpark was only £2 all day.
