Beth is a lovely lady to talk to. Especially because I've been going through a tough time lately, I'm too complex for Wellbeing but she is doing her best to refer me to a different service.

I hate Wellbeing but as the only option for support when I was diagnosed with ASD and ADHD I had no choice. Despite letters telling they had rung me, they simply hadn't. However the ONLY saving grace in all of this was Sharron. When I called up and was told that the appointments could start next week I explained due to my work changing I was not s flexible as I was (it had taken 3 months since my initial consultation) that I couldn't make the appointments until after April which they could not do. But Sharron found a solution meaning I can still have appointments in the evening without disturbing my job. I am always avoiding at all possible costs to go to Wellbeing because I find most of the staff rude and the support useless but Sharron is a shining light in an otherwise terrible company

Send you on ridiculous webinars that try and teach you how to mask your problem not sort it. Then of course you tell them you have anxiety and struggle to communicate on the phone I prefer to see someone's reaction Personal touch with mental health What do they do Ring you and offer you 1:1 phone calls It's actually quite appalling and not at all helpful I wasted my time

I was with N&WWS in 2021 and in the time I was with them I began to start healing and learning to cope with my mental health. To this day I do the meditation I was taught from them and Debbie was one of the nicest people I’ve met. When I stopped seeing them I was switched to Willows thanks to her and I’m still with them now. I can say I’m able to do many everyday tasks again without letting the anxiety become too much either. Amazing people x Rhedyn

Lived with anxiety for years and finally decided to but the bullet and seek help. I'm the carer for a SEN child so stress and anxiety every day. Filled in forms and booked appointment. Felt incredibly anxious about talking to a stranger. Waited for call. Nothing. I checked my texts. Meant to call today at 9am. Now 90 minutes later and no contact at all. What use is that to people living with mental health issues?

Don't even try asking for help, they'll tell you to have camomile tea and a bath. They just add stress
