    They have helped me on several occasions. The staff respond immediately, if a loan is required, the funds have been paid within hours of the agreement being signed. When requesting money from savings that is within the hour. I’m so grateful that they are willing to help when needed, takes a lot of worry away.

    i’ve tried to be patient with them but when i serious need them for me to eat or pay or something urgent they are never there, im glad i’m leaving them on the 12th may, i wouldn’t trust them with my money or anything else, im done and tired of this place.

    Incredibly easy to access their services despite minimal documents. Fantastic staff, especially considering they are volunteers. They are generally fast to respond by phone or email, and are quite understanding of personal concerns regarding finances. This service has been essential to my survival, and I would not have been able to safely access my income otherwise.

    So glad I finally joined almost 2 years ago now, after coming across a stall they had in The Forum. Even if you have a "normal bank account", can be difficult to get an overdraft etc., & I'd rather use a local, ethical credit union if I can. Need to spread the word.
