   Awful human being let alone business owner, disgraceful and dishonourable to suggest that a product has been stolen from you by a customer when the product was simply not delivered to the customer. This will be followed up with DHL as not at any single point did the courier have interaction with anyone at the instructed delivery address, let alone instruction to leave a product in the garden in view of the hundreds of people that pass our road on a daily basis. The driver is a liar and could well be the thief of the item. Nevertheless, the item ordered by us was never received by us and your so called customer service is only a reflection of the shambles business owner that you are. I do not recommend any one to order from you. If such claims from you were the truth, you’d have supporting evidence to provide - which you don’t, because it never happened!    Did not get my order. I then send a messged and was ignored. I send another message and they asked me if I want to a new one sent. I replied back yes. Since then I’ve had no notification sent out to me and it looks like I am being ignored again. I now want a refund as I’ve been over promised. My order was also placed over a week ago. The item was for a fan and in this weather, was badly needed. Not a great service at all.

   Do not under any circumstances buy from this company they cheated me out of money I reported them to trading standards , they withhold refunds , my husband passed away suddenly and the last thing we wanted to do was open up a parcel within there 7 day period when we did the item was damaged they refused a refund heartless and shouldn’t be allowed to rip folk off please don’t let this happen to you

   The item described and purchase was as described bought via EBAY low score due to fact that the driver was told he was at wrong house by my neighbour l have no doubt he took photographs of wrong step lm in a wheelchair my wife had to collect said items and was delivered at wrong time the driver had stated in his email

   I didn't want to leave a bad review however I am left with no choice as I have contacted them multiple times for a refund or replacement part to no avail. The customer service is awful. They just don't bother getting back to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Your better off paying a little bit more and getting good customer service if there is a problem.

   Purchased table and chairs and they arrived damaged with missing parts. I have given them ample time to resolve this matter and they have no interest in replacing the items. They’re happy to take your money and make you wait an unreasonable period of time for goods that are not fit for purpose. They then avoid contact and when you finally speak to them they are rude and treat you with such disrespect. Behave in a disgraceful manner towards customers - Avoid at all costs!

   Absolutely terrible quality. It arrived, we put it up and during putting it up about 5 different big cracks appeared in the legs. I paid almost the same price for a very similar product that John Lewis sell I should’ve gone with them instead. I reached out to them, the customer service was terrible offering replacement parts for an unstable product. I was offered a £15 partial refund which is a complete joke. I will now contact PayPal to raise a dispute and ask them to investigate the seller. I’ll now be reaching out to trading standards to report unsafe products.
