This experience for my son is great. The place is always clean and the staff are very welcoming. This is one of the best hydrotherapy services I have seen in and around Swansea. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for hydrotherapy sessions.

I’ve been taking my mother in law here for hydrotherapy sessions with David for a couple of months. She is petrified of water but David has been so patient, understanding, supportive & encouraging that she has made huge progress. As an amputee it can be very scary being hoist into water but again he has helped her to overcome her fears so that she can benefit from her sessions. Would highlight recommend

Unfortunately I would not recommend dimax for anything, I found dimax on group-on for a massage as I need them very often due to work. I was told no need to buy through the app and made an appointment with the gentleman over the phone. I traveled 20+ miles to only be stood up and the building locked up. I was phoning the centre and had to message other local businesses to get his mobile number. I waited over 40 minutes to be told there had been emergency and he would offer me the service again for free. I wouldn’t be willing to driving all that way just to bee stood up again. I kindly suggested he could just cover my travel expenses , ( less cost than the service) and wasn’t willing to at all. Wouldn’t trust or recommend.
Dai and the staff at Dimax show a real genuine interest in your well-being. Their knowledge is astounding and their commitment to "your" goal is second to none. I feel confident in saying that if you have anything from an injury and need help getting "back on your feet" to having to train to achieve a personal goal, at whatever level, Dimax has the knowledge and equipment to help you. I have been going there since April 2018 and i can see a huge difference in myself. Thanks Dimax!
