   I had a fantastic experience shopping with Big Brands Direct. I bought a suitcase at a very reasonable price (cheaper than Primark and much better quality), and I was really impressed with how smooth the whole process was. The click and collect service made everything so easy and convenient as I needed replacement luggage ASAP for my upcoming holiday. The communication was excellent from start to finish.    After purchasing our first home and needing to renovate, our neighbour recommended BBD for almost everything we needed. Although we were initially nervous about what we might find (as we knew it was a first come first served basis on items), we were thoroughly impressed with the range of products, friendly staff and amazing prices!    What a great little treasure trove of bargains, never knew this was here , full of all sorts of return stock being sold at bargain prices. I've been looking for a pair of bar stools for a while and they'd just got a pair in which were exactly what I'd been looking for and at £25 each in as new condition it was a bargain. I'll definitely be back again.
