   A massive thank you to Cliff at Just Mortgages!! Absolutely amazing service and support! I had initially gone direct to a mortgage provider whom I have used for 20years but I was shocked by their service. They were incompetent, no common sense a lack of direction, empathy and communication. Cliff was the complete opposite of all these things, he listened to my situation and showed complete professionalism and compassion and made time to speak to me urgently. He easily quoted the providers own mortgage criteria, demonstrating what expert knowledge he has. He helped make suggestions on what I could do and what next steps I needed to take. What seemed like a small suggestion from Cliff was actually massive to me and changed everything. My mortgage was approved. I am so thankful and relieved, as at times the stress and worry was getting unbearable. Great service - highly recommended
