Communication was poor. The first 2 telephone meetings we arranged for our remortgage Molly did no attend or answer her phone. Thereafter lost confidence and remortgaged myself.
I have recently used Molly for a remortgage enquiry, which ended up being a new mortgage for subsequent purchase after sale. I cannot fault her for comms, guidance and professionalism. I will be using again. Thank you!
