I could say a lot about this company and it would all be good. I needed some underlay for a rug and the gentleman I spoke with went out of his way to accommodate me. It didn’t matter to him that it was only a small order but he even delivered it and made sure I had the correct product. I’m now using the underlay (the rug is on tiled floor) and it hasn’t moved even a mm - and has a luxuriously soft feel when stepped on. Excellent product from an exceptional company. Wanted to buy some underlay for a rug, spoke to the Rug and furniture company , who were really helpful in helping me determine the size and type of underlay. The Monarch underlay arrived within 2 days, cut to size. It fits perfectly , gives the rug a luxury feel underfoot and makes the room warmer.

Fantastic customer service and product from this company. Emailed an enquiry on Monday morning, received a very helpful reply straight back from them, which meant I could order it before lunchtime and received the product the next morning (and delivery was free!). The rug underlay they sold is also very good quality and makes my rug look and feel much thicker as well as helping to protect it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I was looking for an underlay for our rug and found this shops website. I have never tried them before but decided to contact them. It seemed like in no time at all I had a reply from Matthew.
