   Our experience was not good, we ordered 8 chairs and 6 had faulty gas lifts so they do not stay up. We are are a home care company and spending £230 on a chair is a big investment and to find they are faulty and then for the company to claim that we made them faulty by jumping on them is outrageous. By 'jumping' they mean sitting on them, feeling them sink and raising them, you know, using a chair as it is supposed to be used! They have castors, if you jumped on them, you'd fall off! We are all within the weight limit for the chairs and even the lightest person sitting on them makes them sink, the engineer has even acknowledged they have faulty gas lifts but it seems they will do anything to get out of fixing them! The one year guarantee appears to be worthless, 8 months later we are still sitting on faulty chairs, do think carefully before ordering the Flex Task Operator Chairs!
