Saw a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses for £85 online, and asked what the lowest price would be. They stated £80 online, or £70 in store as they would have to pay fees online (no other CC store has ever stated this). I don't live near, so I would have to purchase online. I ended up purchasing online, for £80. Upon arrival the sunglasses arrived damaged as they weren't sent in any protective packaging - only in black stretch wrap. Not very wise to send on a fragile box. Therefore, the outer box, case and cloth were all damaged. I contacted the store and also customer services, who only gave £15 back which wasn't enough to cover the cost of a replacement. Plus, they would be claiming this expense from back from Royal Mail, so they wouldn't have been left out of pocket. They would have rather me sending the sunglasses back, in the end I kept them to not have any more problems. Dreadful service from both the store and customer services, I would be careful when purchasing from this store. 1 star, but if 0 stars were allowed that would be my rating.
Dealing with these guys online is an absolute pleasure. Great communication, Made the process very easy and pleasurable. Item was well wrapped and packaged… And turned up very quickly. Thank you very much, five stars ☺️
