I haven't visited Aldi in a few years because I moved abroad, wasn't impressed with the stock availability nowadays. The only redeeming feature was the guy on the checkout who was really friendly and helpful.

Always a good cheap shop, everyone loves the middle aisle random stuff too! Lots of items that are stocked often go down in price to make the store a cheap place to return back to. I come to Aldi often for most of my shopping. Still waiting for the return of vegan sausage rolls and sausage and bean slices. They were super popular and often sold out so can't see them being discontinued just out of stock long term maybe??

normally ok but... This member of staff made remarks about us and denied it when questioned. when leaving the til, I turned to notice him making more comments about us to the following customers. I am disgusted by his attitude, poor social skills and poor customer service. this store is normally very good and staff are normally pleasant to deal with. This is the first time we have seen this member of staff and hopefully it will be the last!

Plenty of time limited parking. Wheelchair friendly- no ramps or steps and here is automatic doors. Wide Isles not cluttered with baskets of offers etc. Recently introduced self service checkouts but of the 7 there are only 3 that take cash and there is always a queue for those. Clean well lit store that have weekly new 'special' products. fresh fruit & veg very good and big range plus prices overall are very reasonable. Never been disappointed with anything I've bought there

Well laid out and popular Aldi supermarket at Springfield. The store itself is pretty much faultless. However, let’s move on to the visibly apparent carpark fiasco at this store! We did our shopping at around 12pm on a Sunday afternoon. It took us almost 25 minutes to vacate these premises carpark due to the poorly planned traffic light settings. Only 2 or 3, occasionally 4 cars were allowed through green at this junction at any time. The site is no longer a car dealership but a very busy supermarket with hundreds more cars using the junction. Cars were struggling to enter the carpark due to the congestion created by the traffic light delay. What if there were an emergency?

Friendly, helpful Staff but couldn't see any disabled parking bays, only parents and children spaces. But good on the whole.

For all your middle isle bargains to your weekly shop this place is a must go to. Always plenty of stock, it's clean and tidy, staff are always polite and attentive when need be. Only negative can be not enough tills at peak times.

Really nice Aldi, very clean, fully stocked and tidy, easy parking and friendly staff. This Trent Vale store is one of the best.

Store is fine, but the car park is so badly designed that it took me 40 minutes to leave today. Getting in is a chaotic mess due to the amount of cars queuing to leave, which means once you're in and realise you've arrived at car park hell on Earth, you aren't getting out anytime soon.
