   Ordered an on line delivery for a friend in need who doesn’t get paid for 2 weeks and has no food in. I ordered mince and chicken thighs and they cancelled both saying out of stock and we will refund (but that could take 3-5 days). My friend won’t be able to make 3-4 meals now without the chicken thighs or beef mince. Pathetic on line delivery system so please do not use as they will let you down. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise items on line which are out of stock and take your money. I will never ever use Iceland delivery again. An unprofessional totally flawed inadequate food retail company.

   Very disappointed to see this today at Waverley Court, Crewe!!! Complete disregard of Emergency Vehicle Parking by a delivery employee. After Grenfeld, you would think that people would show more regard for parking for fire engines and ambulances. This employee could have stopped the emergency services reaching a person in life-threatening circumstances just for the sake of walking a few extra steps while delivering. Total disregard of people's safety and ILLEGAL. Not a very good advertisement for Iceland is it? See photos. Once again STUPID delivery drivers parking in Emergency Vehicle bay at Waverley Court. Will the management EVER do anything about these thoughtless and very rude delivery drivers who only care for themselves and an additional 20 yards to walk. Bone idle! Not a good advertisement for Iceland.

   Iceland is located in town centre. It's a spacious frozen food store, with also a good selection of fresh, refrigerated and household staples, it can be slightly more expensive on branded items but Icelands on brand products are of good quality.

   Good place to shop for frozen foods as it offers a wide range of products ranging from chips to pastries and frozen fruit. There are also other few household items you can get from here, but the store's main selling point is frozen foods . The place itself is clean and well kept and the staff are usually very fast and friendly

   Nice and early delivery. recovering from vertigo . The delivery man helped with all the 15 16 bags of food shopping into the kitchen. Lovely man. I baught what I can get my hands off iceland cuisines and Christmas chocolate and desert sale, but the Dim sum was a find £10 for full try. No more trip to Manchester when you have Iceland online.

   Not a particular fan of Iceland. Virtually everything they sell I can obtain elsewhere cheaper EXCEPT " Frozen Gregg's Sausage Rolls" which is pretty much the only reason I visit there. Bought some fresh fruit (bananas and apples) on our last visit that went off VERY quickly and ended up in the bin. One advantage they have that is useful for the elderly us that they will deliver your shopping for free same day if your basket is over £35 which is a great facility for those without a car. We haven't need to use this I should add.
