   I hired Victoria’s Cleaning based on their strong reviews and the impressive photos they post on Facebook. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to those standards. Although the house looks cleaner at a glance, it was not worth the £450 charged. Bags and toys were shoved into wardrobes rather than properly dealt with, and skirting boards were not cleaned at all. This was not a thorough or professional clean, and I am very disappointed with the value for money.

   A deep clean was arranged through my sons social worker to help me out, three ladies came for a 4 hour clean of just the downstairs of my home at a cost of £550. I advised them I didn't want a declutter and only throw things away if it looked like rubbish. Well I came home to a bag full of rubbish including my kids clothes, a blanket, kids toys and ornaments from my shelves. Absolutely shocking. All covered in rubbish and cat litter. I even left them my number so they could all me with any issues. Very disappointed.

   I booked the deep clean service and can assure you if you do the same you will not be disappointed!!!! Every inch of my house has been cleaned and a week later I am still loving the sparkle that Vicky and her team have put back in to my home. I have worked in property for a number of years and this is the highest standard of cleaning I have ever seen!!! Will absolutely be having my home regularly cleaned by Victoria's Cleaning Services!!!!!!! Thank you again x Michelle
