Matthew is a true asset to the company, providing invaluable support over the past 5 years in answering my (sometimes random) questions and troubleshooting issues remotely with my 2013 Karcher Professional HD 7/10-4M pressure washer. Attended this location today for a replacement k4 Karcher gun. My husband was met at the desk with a man who was extremely helpful. On inspecting the lance he determined it only needed greasing and not a replacement which would have cost over £40. The honesty from this business is fantastic they could have easily sold him a replacement part. The man on the desk is a credit to the company. If you are looking for Karcher products or replacements from a honest company please check these out.

I phoned this company today on two separate occasions and spoke with two very helpful men (apologies didn’t get your names) I needed a part for my roof cleaning pole and also for then to fix / tighten the handle that had become loose. I visited them within a few hours and got everything fixed and bought that was needed on the same day. Great service and saved my day so I could get back and finish a roof clean. What Liam has is a very particular set of skills, skills he has acquired over a very long career. Skills that are very valuable to me, and if he lets the power washer go then that’ll be the end of it. Very knowledgeable and always replies, usually within minutes, can’t put a price on that.
