    “Good surface clean — not much more; left a lot to be desired.” Looked fine at first glance, but a closer check told a different story. TV shelves, skirting boards, and anything below eye level were clearly skipped. Hairs left on bedding and sofas coated in allergy-triggering dust. Disappointing that the standard of cleaning didn’t meet expectations for a holiday rental on this occasion. Update: I appreciated the company re-visiting during my stay to try to rectify the issues, though I’d already cleaned the areas myself by that point. My review reflects the condition on arrival.

    I’ve been using Finishing Touches for my weekly clean for a few years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are always friendly, polite and completely professional. They’re really discreet too which I appreciate, and they always turn up when they say they will. My house is quite big, but they still manage to get through everything properly without cutting corners. The place always looks and smells fresh afterwards and it’s such a nice feeling walking back in once they’ve finished. I’ve never had a single problem with them, and it’s nice having a company you can genuinely rely on. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a proper, trustworthy cleaning service. Thank you team!
