After joining the team in 2022 and have worked in a few sites since writing this. I can’t believe the standard of cleaning Rihan Owen has her team working to. Very high standards are given to all sites and attention to detail. I enjoy working and being a part of the team. She is an amazing business woman.

I work for adapt and for nearly six years and I have never worked for a fab company. The management are fab and I can honestly say that my area manager andrew is fantastic i would highly recommend this company they will never disappoint you thats why i give a 5star.
My contract got taken over by adapt from my previous company the transfer was very smooth and professional.
On joining the company in August 2021 I was new to this industry, with no real experience in cleaning and welcomed into the team as part of its own. Training was given in all aspects of the job and learning new skills every day. I really enjoy my job at Adapt as management to all levels are friendly and answer all questions I have had. Great support, great team, great job, is how i would describe my time here at Adapt.
Absolutely disgusting management, was asked to remove cleaner on site for sleeping on the job many of times very unprofessional and lack of training to employees. Avoid with all cost
