   Staff got bleach on my handbag while I was waiting for my laundry in the dryer. Luckily I didn't get any on me and my bag is faux leather so it didn't stain but they need to be more careful. Not only that the dryer filled with someone else's hair that got stuck to all our bedsheets. We know it wasn't ours because it was the wrong colour. Really gross and completely unheginic. Been going here for years but our experiences lately haven't been the best so we may start going elsewhere.

   Machines are always in use or out of order, there is normally a 30 minute wait to use the washing machines and driers. The staff just want you to pay for the most expensive option. Gave me £10 change for a £20

   It can get a little busy at times, but it's the best launderette I've ever used. If you're using the self service driers, it's now a minimum of £1 to start. Just worth knowing as it used to be 20p.

   Awful service, do not go here!! I gave jeans for zip repair and a jumper for dry cleaning and was told they would be ready to collect at the end of the week, when I returned neither items had even been moved from where they were initially left when I dropped them off. A second pick up date was confirmed, which I expressed was important because I was then moving to another city. When I returned (now 2 weeks after drop off) my jeans we’re still not ready, so the guy put a clear dry cleaning bag over my jumper and gave it to me as if serviced and free of charge as a good gesture for the constant delays. Upon walking back to my car I realised it hadn’t even been washed as it still had my make up on the collar let alone stain removal! I walked back to the laundrette, complained and told them to forget it. Unfortunately my jeans were still with the seamstress otherwise I would have taken them as they were and never returned. Weeks down the line when visiting Swansea I called in to finally collect my jeans. They had a security tag on which wasn’t taken off at the shop I bought them from so I asked if they had the equipment to do it. He said yes then used a pliers to rip the security tag out of my jeans leaving a tear in them, and tried to blag it to me that as they were casual jeans that’s trendy???! On top of that he then tried to charge me £12 rather than the original agreed £7 which fortunately I still had written down by them. I didn’t even want to pay that given the horrendous service. Absolute joke of a place, the manager(?) just tries to blag his way out of every mistake.

   Bunch of cowboys. Tried to give them business for regular service wash and ironing etc and they almost ended up giving me someone else’s laundry: quite a few shirts, trousers and shirts etc. Response was unprofessional and unreasonable as you would expect from people with low level of knowledge and poor quality experience. When I pointed out all the items which weren’t mine on collection two people (young girl and man) kept speaking at the same time. They also just wanted to get me out of the shop asap rather than discussing it. Inadequate and unprofessional training…It’s a shame because I tried to help the management with some guidance and support via a template I created to help reduce the risk and verify items etc. However, they seem to know everything and fear change :/ or shall I say improvement - which would have been free whereas some would charge a consultancy fee. Mental health problems with these people.
