Charlotte is an excellent cleaner. She’s been cleaning my elderly Mum’s home for a a few months now; she has a lovely kind manner with Mum. She’s very efficient and extremely easy to communicate with ( I don’t live in Neath now). She has excellent judgement on what needs to be done & lets me know if she thinks a few extra things should be cleaned. Mum was always very house proud and now her home looks as clean and neat as it did in her prime! Me, my sister & Mum are really happy to have found Charlotte.
