   We can’t recommend Mike at Fidelta highly enough. After a disastrous experience with a careless tradesperson who left extensive paint damage on our beautiful Indian sandstone patio and composite decking—including footprints and even handprints—we were at our wits’ end. To make matters worse, the original contractor attempted to fix the problem using acid, which only exacerbated the damage in some areas. Thankfully, we found Mike through a Google search for paint removal experts, and what a relief. From the very first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He clearly explained what needed to be done, provided a written quote, and committed to a date—and then turned up exactly when he said he would (a rare thing in our experience). Mike did an outstanding job. He removed all the paint, restoring our stone and decking to their original state—and honestly, they now look better than before. His attention to detail and pride in his work were obvious throughout. In an area where reliable tradespeople are sadly hard to come by, Mike was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive, honest, and followed through on every promise. If you’re dealing with paint damage and want a true professional you can trust, look no further.

   Mike promptly gave us a quote to clean the entire exterior of our house which was very competitive. Mike turned up on the day and time that was agreed and went to work on treating the algae build up on the exterior roughcast of our house. He also cleaned all of our exterior brickwork. Very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Fidelta to anyone that needs the exterior of their home given a new lease of life.
