After flooding, the workmen were understanding, polite and helpful. They did an amazing job drying the house out and went above and beyond. I can highly recommend this company
I had a burst pipe while I was away and these guys were amazing. Really professional but empathetic and friendly too. Dehumidifiers and heaters were in within a couple of days. Alot of my belongings had to go into storage and when they were returned to me, everything was so well packed, clean and undamaged. They made a very stressful situation a little less awful :) highly recommend!
We had extensive water damage in our house, caused by a broken pipe in the attic. The insurance company initially appointed some cowboy outfit who basically did nothing. After we complained, Red Dragon were called in. What a change!!! Within a few hours we had dehumidifiers running everywhere and a few days afterwards two teams arrived to help to move our belongings to a dry environment. Rebuilding the property took a long time, but when everything was finished Red Dragon came back with all our stuff. The textiles had been cleaned/restored very thoroughly - and some items we had frankly written off in our minds were returned to us in top condition! We cannot praise the professionalism of Red Dragon enough. Added to that, we felt they had some empathy with our situation and were very supportive throughout.
We have recently had to use red dragon as we had a flood! We came across Daniel who visited our home and we were put at ease the minute he stepped in the house he was polite and very professional. He was an incredibly helpful and kind person, who had given us all the information that was needed and provided us with updates and services with the highest of standard. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but also his kindness, generosity and help. During the difficult and stressful time the service we had received ensured us to feel at ease and know that our home was in good hands. Our daughter has complex medical needs and Daniel was very understanding of this and ensured that our work and service was done as fast as possible and also to an incredibly clean and mess-free outcome. Within this whole experience so far, he has been the most helpful and considerate person we have dealt with!
Amazing professional team who were appointed by the insurer after my dad had a house fire. He’s in his late 80’s and needed very careful handling and his worries handled in a sympathetic way which Red Dragon managed in a very professional way. The team looked after all my dad’s belongings and in particular his books and other prized possessions. He was so pleased when they came back to him and couldn’t believe how well they had been looked after by the company. The team who moved everything back in were so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
Barry was the main point of contact to organise the clean up and repair of a heating oil leak at our property. He organised with OFL to repair and dig out the oil leak in the property then organised the cleaning of all soft furnishings that were tainted with the smell of oil. Barry was easy to get hold of and responded to emails promptly. All the team we met during the clean up were very polite and efficient. All the work was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company.
Amazing skills
These guys are absolute wizard or maybe artisans at what they do. Have an absolutely beautiful and expensive Turkish rug, that a lady friend had a accident on ( monthly kind) anway enough of that. Saw a YouTube video of one there people cleaning a similar rug and he was so wonderfully gently thorough and the result looked incredible. So sent my rug to them and MAN that was the best decision I've made in a long while.. So pleased couldn't recommend these more highly.
