   Our company have dealt with Kingsfield Computers for a number years and have always received excellent service. Sue who was our account manager was always very knowledgeable and prompt with her response, our account is now managed by Claire who has continued with this great service and is pushing the bar even higher. I highly recommend Kingsfield for their ever so friendly and great customer service, product knowledge and fast delivery.

   Advertised laptop with stock of 40+, I purchased via PayPal as was good price. Next day order cancelled due to stock. Later that day same laptop priced higher with stock of 40+. Contacted for explaination and not even the decency to reply. Gives you an impression of what your dealing with here. Update: Sent Nitesh proof of transactions and relisting over 7 days ago, no reply.

   Fantastic quick delivery. Order placed late one afternoon, I did not pay for next day delivery, instead I paid less for a 5 day delivery and my item arrived the next day before lunch! Item as described, easy to use website with plenty of choice, and as I say, remarkable delivery service.

   Ordered a pair Sanus Stand, and they gave me a 5 days delivery time. I needed it urgently for a party we'd organised. On the 4th day I called them and they informed that these are not in the stock and will be back in stock in about 2 weeks when the order would be dispatched , there was no email sent to me informing that the product was out of stock and the money was taken without informing this. I'd to then cancel the order, to be fair that was done pretty quickly and the lady on phone also refunded the money quickly. But then I'd to pay more for buying the product again from somewhere else and also pay more for a quicker delivery. I wouldn't recommend this seller and if you still want to buy check that they actually have the products in stock before making order.
