   Called today and picked up a Pain aux raisin. There was only half a dozen in the display. It had a very unusual flavour. Should have thought this few so early in the day probably left from yesterday. It was a regular purchase but this was far below the expected quality.

   First time of visiting Lidl, normally go to Aldi locally but I was out of the area and needed to grab a few things on my travels. The bakery isle is a game changer, couldn't help myself and bagged a few donuts to share with the kids. Very similar to Aldi throughout and managed to get what I needed on my list

   Queues at the till ridiculous. Only two tills open, but one was closing while there must have been 15 people waiting to pay. Asked the girl if there was someone else to come on a till she just ignored me, very rude! So I left a full trolley and went to Aldi, which was a much better experience. Staff act like customers are an inconvenience, I wouldn’t be back!!

   Good quality at good price. You can find special international food each week. If you use Lidl App you can get Free items and other rewards, discounted prices and special offers. Bakery is one of my favourite sections in the shop.

   I know now why i go to Aldi. Slow on the till. One till open then a refund that was taking ages just to work out. I had to ask for another till to be opened. Glad i only have 30 mins for lunch

   The shelves are constantly empty! The staff very very rude! Which is the worst thing that the whole store is dirty! The shopping baskets will soon stick to the floor! The bread department is constantly dirty! Partially rotten vegetables! Deserting, the employees blaspheme publicly about the customers! ....

   Good products with I particularly like the European/Continental range of products, including those which came seasonal. We also like the fresh bakery like the croissants and baguettes. Something you can not find in any other discounts. Staff very professional and gentle.

   Always well stocked and clean. Only downside is small car park (but loads of carpark space if happy to walk or wiggle through) and tricky to exit but only because of road management and traffic lights. So not their problem really, but all in all and great place. With other handy stores or entrainment nearby.
