   I have to say I'm very disappointed with rushmere kennels one of the reasons I took my puppy there was because of all the good reviews until we picked up my puppy. When we dropped him off we handed our food over and chews no toys because a puppy will eat anything and he does. So I can understand that first day he might not eat anything because it's unsettling for him so we got a message saying he's settled in so we was happy . Went to pick him up to be told that water was added to his dried food and the chews you didn't agree with so you gave him your treats instead. So you took it apon yourself to add water which if you add water it expans then when it goes into there stomach it expans even more and then he drinks more water which expans more so when he came home he had diarrhea so I phoned my vets to find out if adding water to his food can cause that they said yes especially if he wasn't use to it the vets also said it takes about 4 days for it to take effort so telling us he was fine in your care was right because it wouldn't be effecting him yet . So I'm very upset that you didn't ask first and when we sent a email you said you put water with all your dogs dried feed which should not happen especially if your not telling customers that. Also he was given a load of toys which again we should be asked before given because he chews everything and that is again dangerous for him because dogs are not all the same they react differently to different things. You have said you don't add water to kibble (DRIED FOOD) but you moisten it please can you tell me what you add to moisten it if it's not water. My puppy has come back a different dog very upset . There has been many emails sent but you still don't realise the understanding of communication we should have been asked

   Top notch kennels - thank you so much. David and his team are warm and so welcoming. Lovely- lovely staff. Our greyhound had a peaceful happy holiday and came home with a ‘holiday glow’ We were really anxious as our hound hadn’t visited to stay previously. We needn’t have worried. Can’t praise Rushmere enough. Thank you so much.

   Brilliant, just Brilliant!! The 'crew' at Rushmere are wonderful and their attention to detail, individual animal requirements and characteristics is superb. We had to delay collecting 'Ted' for 24 hours due to a cancelled flight but a quick Email to let them know was answered with a very reassuring reply telling us not to worry and that Ted would be looked after. We will definitely have Rushmere Kennels as our first choice stay for Ted in future and highly recommend them if you are looking for boarding facilities for your dog (or cat). My only recommendation is that the earlier you can book the better so as not to be disappointed to find they are fully booked up. Thank you to all at Rushmere.

   Great Kennels to board our dog in, we were nervous as it was the first time our dog had been away from us but he settled in so well and they took great care of him, not actually sure he wanted to come home with us in the end ♥️

   Cooper my dog has been coming here for years . He’s always so happy to get in the car when I tell Him he is going to the kennels. Thank you to David and the team , always so welcoming , lovely environment for pets and my dog and cat are always well looked after during their stay. Very secure environment and I like that the owners home is on site . 2 happy animals now home , settled straight back into three home routine . Definately a 5 stars from us

   We were so nervous about leaving our rescue German Shepherd as she has a few issues. But we needn't have worried, she settled in very well & they took great care of her. I would definitely recommend Rushmere Boarding Kennels.

   Boarding for dogs that is well built. Seperate sections for each dog/dog family which have heating and their own outdoor run. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Good quality dog food included in price.
