So rude! Barely says a word, incompetent at simply scanning a label and Told me off for bringing parcels after 10pm...at 9.05pm. On a Sunday told me wouldnt be sent until Tuesday! Useless
tried 3 times to call the shop he didnt no who was the delivery driver didnt no who neilson was as thats who i needed talk to says something when they dont no there own delivery drivers will try again sunday coming aj get proper staff who can understand things as the 1 who i spoke to just doesnt have a clue what day it is let alone the shops delivery info name phone number for neilson
Gone down since getting more orders for delivery. One lady driver is ridiculous. She is rushed off her feet but is always nice and polite. You do an order and it will say 1-1hr 15. Then once ya order is accepted it will change to 3-4 hrs. Then you’ll receive items you haven’t ordered. Items that are out of stock will not say that on the app so you’ll be disappointed. Terrible service. The owner of the shop needs to learn some manners. People will wise up and shop elsewhere.

Always helpful staff. They are small and don’t stock everything you might want but prices are better than other local newsagent. Never experienced any problems and always served quickly.
Quite expensive compared to other nearby stores. Also got overcharged 50p for an on offer price worth £1.50 but charged me £2.
