   Great store, the staff members on the self scan checkouts can be a little rude, especially the foreign lady who recently raised here voice at me because my card didn't work first time, she also got annoyed that I entered a 0 in front of my number for the lidl app, even though it still worked and had worked previously!

   A disappointing and depressing visit to your Newport, Telford branch today. I was served by a young lad who was the most miserable person I have ever been served by. No eye contact, looked straight ahead, no conversation. Very robotic like. I tried making conversation to try to cheer him up. He said only if it was that easy. I really don't think he is in the right job. I still have the receipt of my visit. He was very unhelpful. I didn't know how to scan the app... first time using it today (and still didn't get to scan it), I asked him to help and he refused. I think he would probably be better working in the back somewhere.

   Handy store ample parking. Bakery so always some fresh bakery items available most of the time. Usually enough people on tills to avoid long queues. Store generally kept pretty clean and tidy.

   Love the variety of bread and pastry, the meat section was well stocked with a good range of cuts and the prices are very good, nice cheerful staff and plenty of space for a wheelchair
