"Closed at 6, that's pathetic ! " I am leaving reviews for my sone who gives me these golden 1 line nuggets
Rang the store last week spoke to Sian who told me I could pop into their store and they would order my items on their tablet as I had an internet issue . Popped in to the store today as was told by a member of staff that the tablet was upstairs she couldn’t leave the till and that the manager was busy dealing with a delivery and could I wait 15 mins to be seen . Waste of time waste of space !! Off to a competitor and will never go back to peacocks absolute joke of a company
Refused to change/refund an item as it was just over their 28days returns policy, tried to explain the circumstances (husband was hospitalized) which had prevented the item being returned in time but they had zero interest. Will certainly never be shopping there again.

This Peacocks is the worst I have been to my daughter worked here they treated her very badly the management are rude and very unprofessional they ignore customers they make the young staff to basically run the shop so some advice don’t apply for a job here the managers Sian and Rhys need replacement for this store to be better head office need to sort this out shocking if I could it would have no stars

Good size store with ample free parking to the front
A well presented and merchandised store with the standard Peacocks corporate products. There are well maintained changing rooms located to the rear of the store. Staff are professional and helpful. Free parking is available directly outside with disabled bays also.
