   Called in on the off chance that my dogs claws could be clipped. No customers/clients were in the shop. Asked lady if she had time to cut my dogs claws,she looked at her outside with my partner & made some feeble excuse about not having time today as her next customer was due in 20mins. Personally & in my opinion my dog was refused as she is a GS. It was more than obvious as she looked out of the window at her that she didn't want our custom. For the sake of l5mins maximum you lost a customer & gained a negative impression.

   Been taking my dogs to velvet paws for almost a year and I wouldn't take my dogs to any other dog groomers! The lady is so lovely and cares a lot about any dog that walks through the door. Would recommend velvet paws to anyone with a dog, especially a nervous one as she has so much patience.

   Took our dog Teddy here for the first time today and think he received the best groom ever! The lady took the time to listen and understand Teds needs. I felt very comfortable leaving him there and he was very happy when we picked him up. I cannot rate this dog groomer enough! Very caring, kind and took the time needed to complete a wonderful groom.    1st time my lolly had been to a groomers. Lady took her the lead and let her run in the foyer, tail wagging and looked happy. When I collected her, she smelt lovely, coat looked amazing, also had her ears cleaned and nails clipped. And her tail was still wagging. Really happy with the service from velvet paws.

   Lady is a very caring &kind person. I take my 3 dogs regular and have no problem in recommending her. My dogs always come home well groomed and happy which to me is the most important thing. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can be sure your animal will be well taken care of.
