   Cats at Home did an amazing job with Mr. Fluff. He never liked being groomed due to trauma in kitten hood, so we would have to shave a few matts out at a time when they developed on his belly or sides. It wasn’t a good solution for any of us. When I saw the billboard in Norwich, I thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t sure how it would work and if it would be successful. I’m not sure how the magic happened, but he came back in a better way. I think he is happier knowing that he has help to manage his coat now. Before and after pictures,

   I took Henry for his first appointment to have some fur matts removed and he had a follow up appointment a couple of weeks later. Cats at Home did a brilliant job and (so impressive) Henry was very calm and relaxed,, even after being bathed. I had expected him to be a bit traumatised by that but he was very calm, even grooming his paws himself in the cat basket on the way home. Cats at Home provide an excellent service - very happy to recommend.

   Our cat “Tiny” has issues with her skin due to allergy dermatitis, I found cats at home on instagram. Tiny needed a shave and medicated bath to help relieve her sore itchy skin. The ladies there are just lovely, everything was explained to me from what was involved and how she got on during the treatments. What was really nice was receiving a phone call from Charlie afterwards to check on tiny to see how she was and to give further advice! Tiny is now more comfortable which has eased our minds. I highly recommend cats at home, I was very anxious and worried but they treated tiny like their own. Thank you to all the staff who were involved in Tiny’s grooming. Will add some photos soon ❤️

   Our darling blue cat, Bruno, didn't need grooming per se, but I was very keen to try and have his claws trimmed/tamed. The vet nurses had tried, on two occasions, but Brune was having none of it. As a result, my poor thighs bore fresh puncture wounds on a nearly daily basis from where he'd used me as a jump-off launchpad. TBH, given the vet surgery experience, I was dubious about whether Charlie and team would manage, but I'd barely finished completing the registration form before he was delivered back to me, complete with his perfect new 'pawdicure'. It's a complete delight now to have him on me - murder mittens tamed - and we will definitely keep them in this lovely condition with regular trim appointments. Thanks Charlie and your lovely assistants xx

   I have taken our cat Beryl for a spa day with Charlie a good few times. She has always done an amazing job and Beryl always came home happy an relaxed. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Charlie for taking care of Beryl.

   100% recommended Charlie at Cats at Home. I made an enquiry via the website and Charlie replied straight away. I was unsure how Bear would react to being groomed, as she can be a little nervous at times. Charlie was amazing!! I had noticed how Bear was over grooming herself and had become little matted. Since being groomed by Charlie, Bear is so much more content. Her fur is still so silky and soft and smelt so lovely. Thank you again Charlie xx

   I could not recommend Cats at Home more, they are fantastic. They were so helpful when I needed a last minute appointment for my cat, and looked after him like he was their own. The team are very friendly and reassuring and did a brilliant job. Benny came out very relaxed and happy, and was clearly pampered during his visit! I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

   Omg!!! They are absolutely sooooo chilled out after their pamper at Cats at Home. Sushi has had all of her knots removed and looks so much more relaxed, definitely a happy little kitty!! Her sister Katsu is also looking very content and chilled afterwards. Definitely the quietest ride home in the car with the cats. They didn’t meow once!!! Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back!!! Thanks so so much!!

   1000% RECOMMEND!!! Charlene and her team at cats at home are amazing. Customer service from my enquiry to my appointment was superb, absolutely flawless and I couldn’t fault anything! Fast replies and my mind was put at ease without fear of judgement. I took both of my 8 week old kittens to Cats At Home for a hygiene shave and claws clipped and it was a simple process in which I trusted Charlene straight away and all my fears had gone! It was really easy to find the address and a perfect lay-by to wait in or close enough to the town to pop to the shops. Thank you so so much for taking good care of my kittens whilst they were being groomed.
