I’ll admit I was sceptical at first, especially about replacing all my skincare and makeup products I thought were “good” for my skin. But more than 18 months later, I can honestly say I’ll never look back. The transformation has been incredible — my skin went from being inflamed and painful with deep cysts to clear, calm, and soft. What I love most is that Susan treats everyone as an individual. There’s no “one size fits all” approach — she creates a routine tailored specifically to your skin’s needs. It’s a journey you go on together, and I truly believe Susan is the best at what she does. I’m so grateful to have found her.    Susan came recommended from a friend, after I was experiencing random outbreaks of eczema on my face. Doctors has prescribed hydrocortisone cream, which helped in the short term, but then came back 10 times worse. My skin was unbearable - red, sore and weeping in places, everything burned and nothing helped. I was nervous about trying anything new, but I followed Susan’s advice and within 2-3 months of treatment we’d got it back under control and looking better than it ever had. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s having trouble!

   I found Susan online after battling to sort my acne for years with nothing clearing it fully. I had my first treatment in March 2022 and since then my skin has made massive improvements and I’m so pleased with it.    I found Susan on Google and contacted her because of the great results advertised on her website. Susan has made a noticeable difference to my acne in a short amount of time and has helped me to understand why I get it and how to help it. She has also recommended make-up products to me which are better for my skin, which I was hesitant about using as I had my own make-up that I liked, but I ended up loving the new makeup even more.    I started seeing Susan in November 2018 after having years and years of persistent acne and I wished I had started with her sooner! 9 months later I am so happy and so proud of the way my skin is improving, I am no longer having to cover up with heavy make up every day. Susan's treatment requires big changes in your skincare routine and is definitely something that you have to maintain but the results are more than worth the effort. Nothing has worked for me the way this treatment has. I am finally confident enough with my skin for it not to be the first thing that I automatically start to worry about when I first wake up. And having other people comment on the difference it has made to my appearance and my confidence feels amazing, I would definitely recommend Susan to anyone who wants to improve their skin.

   I met Susan at a local networking group about 3 years ago and was very interested in listening to what she had to say about problematic skin especially acne. At the time I was attending hospital appointments for acne treatment and had been prescribed Roaccutane. I continued with hospital appointments and Roaccutane for 6 months, I saw results during this time but a few months after completing the treatment my acne was back just the same as previously. It was at this point that I thought I would contact Susan and I am so glad I did. I have had 5 treatments with Susan and I now have completely smooth skin and a lovely complexion. Not only this, I also have a skincare routine with fabulous products and someone to contact directly should I ever need to ask questions. I can't recommend Susan highly enough, she is very professional and really wants the best for her clients.
