   We went to goodleys for a 200k mortgage and were told we could be approved and to make an offer on a property. After six weeks of chasing Steve and being fobbed off, he said we couldn’t get any mortgage. Steve never once made any application for any mortgage. I never had any checks on my credit file due to his actions so all his promises were based on lies. We have since got a 350k mortgage approved with a much better advisor who actually does the work he’s meant to do.
