Lovely ladies here, and especially the two pharmacists that I've seen few times for advice, the ladies there were so helpful and considerate!

I'm not keen on this store. You never feel welcome. Went in today to grab a few makeup bits for my daughter and was followed around as if I was a thief. I have worked all my life I don't need to steal. 3 employes standing by the perfume counter all talking whilst surving me. No customer service. Want asked if I has my boots card I presented myself, to be told oh it's to late.. Will never go to this store again. I'll go to trostre where the staff are much more welcoming..

I really like this store but I really don't like the service. The lady with red (currently) hair is always rude. It was the same today. Even though I live in the city center I prefer to go to Troste where the service is much nicer.

I had an excellent experience with this pharmacy! The service was incredibly efficient—my prescription was filled in short time, and the staff were both professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for reliable service.

There is no longer a pharmacy here despite saying there is one online.

Very spacious shop with several doors, with at least two of them being double doors which are 'self opening automatic', (All doors bring you out facing a different part of town, depending on where you want to come out onto). The shop itself is so spacious between aisles and around the low counters because (and it's refreshing to see) they've taken wheelchair and mobility scooters into consideration. Apart from the wide range of hair, nail and make up products and accessories, (all on a very wide price range) they have a Printing service, also selling frames and photo albums, they also have their Pharmacy, which is surrounded by a very wide and reasonably priced range of health products, including various types of testing and monitoring aids, a range of TENS units (note that the basic one is incredibly good value, but the bigger, more leads and patches, bigger or more technical unit package you get, the price will go up, but then, you do get the quality you pay for. Plus, for Pain Management, paying that bit more for a better unit and items that comes with it is often worth it, especially as the more technical ones do have a better range of pain control setting on them, and they last so long, you won't need to buy another one for a long time. ,With the Pharmacy counter, it is quite a bit higher than their other counters, but this is more a safety factor. It prevents people from being able to lean over the counter and grab medications, but the staff and pharmacist are all more than happy to come out from behind the counter to talk with their customers. They have a good amount of staff so people aren't left waiting, and even if they haven't seen you at the counter (as they refill stock or help the pharmacist), one of the staff from the counter right next to the pharmacy will step from behind. their counter to help you. The Pharmacy also offers a wide range of services on healthcare for all ages, but one I do personally like, and use, is that if your long term medication is the same each week/month, as long as you tell them which doctors you're registered with and how often your prescription is due, they will put in your repeat prescription for you, collect it and fill it out for you, so all the patient has to do is just collect it from the Boots Pharmacy. The only thing they don't do "yet", is deliver the prescription to your front door. Overall, its nice to see such a large, spacious, very clean shop with such a wide range on all products, with many items surprisingly cheaper than expected. Its always been very well staffed, and by naturally pleasant, happy to help staff who show they do know what good customer service is (which shows in all of their staff), and the Llanelli town centre Boots store, apart from the above, do cater for the masses, not the few! Its really nice to go into a Boots shop where not only have they taken disability access into account, but they've also cater, on all products, items that everyone can afford. I
