i was served by Kaci on the weekend, she was smiling and very happy. She told me about the upcoming deals in boots and her customer service was amazing!! x
Visited store on Saturday and was greeted by Isabelle . She was very helpful and knowledgeable about No7 products and helped me choose some lovely new products , I will definitely ask her again for advice
I came in today to get some makeup bits and a young girl on no7 was helping me with recommendations, let me know about the deals I could get and her customer service was amazing.
Just been here and tried to use my £50 gift card to buy £65 worth of goods, was going to pay the extra £15 with my card, to be told that I can't. That the products have to be £50 ot less, this has never happened before when I have spent my giftcards in boots. Whole transaction had to be cancelled and then a few items added leaving a 4.60 balance on the gift card! And then a second transaction for the remainder to be paid by card. The young girl behind the till then forgot to scan my boots card so missed out on 450 points too, I asked her to add it and she just said do it in the app. Been to the app and can't find where to scan it. Just a bad experience which is my first ever with boots. Will use a different boots in future. I know if you are spending your points you have to be under the value...but never on a gift card! Often use gift cards i get for Xmas on larger items and make up the difference.
Was with my wife and daughter who were looking for a pharmacy, quite surprised that the large Boots store didn't have that facility.
As always plenty of offers on, great 3 for 2 offers, large clean store with helpful staff x
Bought No. 7 and other make-up with good, patient advice from a friendly sales assistant. Happy to go back again soon and use my loyalty points.
Place is ok. Same as any other boot. Warning,. It's a nightmare in the parking lot. If you go peak hours, it's an absolute nightmare. Can seem busy on a quiet day because the car park is awefull l. Same as Swansea morfa car park,. 3 car parks leading to 1 small roundabout leading to one road out to a busy main road. Absolute shambles to be honest
