   Went here to get my holiday nails removed and new biab reapplied a few weeks ago. The old nails were removed incorrectly, and also the new biab applied incorrectly without proper preparation. This has resulted in my nails being very thin and sore, and the biab lifting off in multiple places and getting caught in things within days of having them done.Then when I've gone to another well known nail technician to get this 'botched' set removed, my nails were so badly damaged and thin, that a hole has formed in one of my nails and this new nail tech informing me my nails were too damaged to have any form of gel on them. Not good at all.

   Bizarre shopping experience. I had a full basket. Young male cashier asked me not to pack my shopping into my bag as he scanned each item and proceeded to pile everything in front of us on the small counter. He recounted the items he scanned even though each item he took out of the basket was scanned. I then had to stretch awkwardly to reach the items to pack into my bag. The interaction was awkward and unnecessary lengthy process. I would recommend retraining.

   I booked an appointment to have my ears pierced, on the day of the appointment the girl called me to say she had only just come back to work after having covid and she didn't want to be that close to anyone. You either still have covid or you don't and I certainly didn't have it! Awful customer service.
