I bought a ps5 from cash@max it worked for 2 weeks then the hdmi port started to play up took it back because it was in warranty and they tried saying it was intentional damage which wasn't true as the PlayStation wasn't moved the entire time I had it, wouldn't exchange or refund, will not use this store for second hand electronics again
Went in this morning to see how much i would get for my heavy silver chain knowing myself exactly how much a gram of silver is worth. He basically told me it's worth £14 and even questioned if it was real silver what a absolute joke of a guy .I took it to ReGenerate and got close to the price that i wanted £60 .
Offered me a decent price for a TV I was selling, better than CEX and the other converters place round the corner. Sold privately for more, but if you need the cash urgently seems a good place in my experience.
Had a great deal on some foreign exchange the staff were really nice here and a pleasure to speak to .
Fantastic staff, helpful and knowledgeable, Richard the manager great, been going here for years, gives me lots extensions on my goods, so I don't lose them, nice guys, deposit on items you want, collect your goods when you finished paying for them, card payments taken over the phone to renew your goods if you can't get to the shop 10/10 X
Bought a phone from there it never worked it constantly played up crashed on me couldn't do anything took it back to get another phone had the cheek to charge me an extra 10 for a phone and this one doesn't work either pointless going back to store as the staff clearly ain't got a clue how to run a business worst shop ever and would never recommend this awful place this isn't the first time I have had issues either and it's the store in Swansea, Wales tried to get a refund they was more interested in trying to get me to buy another phone never again am I doing business with this awful company I'm still within my 30 days to get a refund but they don't like refunding they would just rather force u into buying more phones that doesn't work never trust this shop with electrical items as u have always had problems and they never sort it
Great service. I wanted more details on a phone that was for sale, Aaron sent me photos & gave me the info I needed as I don't live close. I bought the phone online & they posted it that afternoon special delivery, it came the next day & works perfectly A++
