   Have been on a few occasions to Boardman Sport for various strains and pains This time was for a possible trapped nerve or torn muscle I was booked in with Lauren who was superb. She diagnosed the issue very quickly ,and then proceeded to administer a very rigurous deep tissue massage. It has certainly helped, and I had the best night's sleep in over a week,and can now move my head side to side without any pain I would recommend Lauren for any muscle or sporting injury Excellent service

   As Holly is, rather selfishly, on maternity leave, I booked in with Lisa for some work on an old rotator cuff injury which has recently flared up again. As you would expect from the boss, Lisa really knows her stuff, and the session felt like it really helped. I was also given a set of exercises to help which should keep me going until my next visit. Highly recommended!

   I am so glad I went to see Lisa - she is amazing. I was towards the end of my training for my first half marathon and suffering from tight muscles in my left leg, hip, and lower back. She was really able to help with this issue with deep tissue massage. I also saw her after I completed my half marathon and her light massage with hot stones really helped with my recovery too. Not only is Lisa brilliant at what she does, she is also a really lovely person who made this anxious person feel at ease almost straight away — I can’t recommend her enough! I plan to keep seeing Lisa as and when I need to, I feel like I have found a real gem. Thank you, Lisa.

   I’ve been seeing Lisa for almost two years and she’s absolutely fantastic. I’ve had plenty of injuries from pushing my body too far, and her knowledge and skill set always amazes me. She quickly understands what’s going on, explains it clearly, and gives me the right treatment and advice to prevent it happening again. She genuinely cares, never rushes, and I always leave feeling better and more confident. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

   Kelly is amazing! She’s worked wonders on my back and neck pain. I now visit regularly to ensure the pain doesn’t return. At my last appointment she worked on my sprained wrist too. Nothing is too much trouble. With a lovely friendly nature, you’re always at ease, feeling comfortable the whole time. I won’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone I know in the future.
