   Alas, we experienced numerous significant inaccuracies, including our private and confidential data sent to the wrong address (after a home visit!) Re SG response: clearly, 'Compliance' has not been made aware of this in order to ensure no repetition!

   Having been a client of SG for sixteen years, have always found them to be approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Their investment advice has been sound and sensible without being trendy or avant garde. The bianual reports are mostly understandable and invariably received with interest, although I find some of the information contained therein, such as the incredibly closely separated multi-coloured graphs depicting the performance of top portfolio holdings, difficult to process. The advisor with whom I am most in contact, Stuart Sutton, is a credit to the firm, dealing with any queries arising from the bianual reports with characteristic professionalism, patience and good humour, and using simple financial language and a sound knowledge of the market. If he is not available when I endeavour to contact him he can always be relied upon to call back at the earliest opportunity.
