Ramsden carmarthen. I had a Really bad experience with them ..I had some jewellery for sale and I went to their shop asked for a price please..they tried to offer me half the gold price for the item ..I explained the bracelet was 15 carat gold ....the answer I got was that they don't recognise 15 carat gold ...and offered me less than the value of 9 carat...I find this very shocking..I asked for the manager and she was the manager..so what hope have you got .
