Welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable guy talked through different styles and tastes. Came a way with a treat. Loads more than just whiskey in the shop too. This is now my new go to place for spirits.
Noticed when walking past and popped in. Great choice of whisky and a knowledgeable chap to offer advice. Good prices too! Came out with a bottle I look forward to enjoying.
A great selection of whisky’s. A lovely shop. Always so helpful, I have been a few times with a vague idea of what I want and they always inform me and give me some great advise on what I should buy. Highly highly recommend this shop. Such great expertise.

Lovely shop and very knowledgeable staff. I know nothing about whisky but wanted a nice one for my partner. I gave the man a description of what my partner likes and he asked about my budget and presented three quality options for me and explained the differences between them all and how they're made. Never realised there was so much that went into making it. Brilliant service.
If you like whiskey this is the place to go. A great selection and great knowledge if you don't know whatbyou want. The Sunday Guy has great knowledge and enthusiasm.
Needing a present for a whiskey drinking friend we popped in here and, not knowing anything at all about Whiskey, we asked the lovely gentleman serving for some advise. He was so helpful and friendly and we left with the perfect present and a whole lot more knowledge about Whiskey due to his expertise. Oh and also a lovely bottle of gin. Would definitely recommend a visit, so much selection, lovely layout and fantastic service.
Fantastic little store situated in a fantastic big town of Shrewsbury Shropshire. If you pop in here bring a camera as there plenty of sights along the way to take in. An the gentleman that owns the store has some good knowledge of whiskey's an where they come from had some great little tales to tell about some of the distilleries. All in all fantastic visit
Lovely little whisky shop. A good selection of whiskies, but also with a nice selection of gins and a handful of rums too! My husband is a whisky man and enjoyed looking at the different offerings. I personally prefer my gins and saw there were some of the more usual selections (e.g. the Edinburgh gin liqueurs etc) but also some from much further afield (i saw an orkney one and a Shetland one) and even a small selection of local gins, which was great as I had no idea there were so many local gins being made! The chap who owns the shop is very friendly and informative and I'm sure my husband spent an hour in there having a good chat to him about whisky!! We shall be back anyway, apparently the offerings change regularly on the whisky side and I'll be back for sure to try some more local gins!
