Excellent care despite a cold 3hr wait in the waiting room. The lovely, kind, compassionate and very thorough Nurse Amy Wong. Re dressed and gave advice for a scald. Couldn't have asked for a better nurse.

Went on Sunday afternoon expecting a long wait. Checked in quickly and efficiently and seen within 2 hours. Was treated by a wonderful nurse who put me at ease and allayed my fears.

Easy check in, only waited for 1 hour to see a nurse specialist and she was excellent. Super helpful, very knowledgable and gave great advice. Friendly and kind. Couldn’t fault the service at MKUCS today!

Really disgusting place. First of all, the receptionist look like they don’t want to be of any help and assistance at all- I felt very awkward for just being there! The waiting time is 4-5 hours and when you do eventually get seen, it’s as if they want to get you out as quickly as humanly possible. Then, to top off the most awful service, a woman who looked like she was chewing on a wasp came out and told me I couldn’t park where I had parked, which made absolutely no sense because the staff parking was indicated with blue lines where I wasn’t, there was no indication, no sign that said I couldn’t park there. I wish I just stayed at home and suffered!

Had an examination and blood test with results in 5 minutes . Very helpful staff all round. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you

Not happy with the services at all, had to visit urgent care Center 3 times within 3 months for my baby girl 9 months old. All the 3 times my baby was crying most of the time and had a high temperature which couldn’t be put down with painkillers. She vomited a few times in the Center as well. Even though they said she has a priority I had to wait for 7 hours with my baby in my arms crying throughout the whole time. After 7 hours of waiting they asked me if I had a urine sample which I didn’t because no one asked me to. Then the lady said the doctor wants the urine sample so we have to wait until we have some which can take another 3 hours. I refused to give urine sample and asked to be seen without it the lady at the reception at nights is not very helpfull, she is very rude. Long story short I visited urgent care Center 3 times with a baby of 9 months and I had to see in front of me loads of patients coming through and leaving. The times I visited was mostly late 8-9pm while the Center is full and people kept coming throughout for some reason my baby was always left to be seen at the end when the Center was almost completely empty. Every time they say I am on triage and will be seen sooner yet I am always left for the end. 3 months now amd my daughter still haven’t recovered. It’s ridiculous the healthcare system in England. When I came with my 3 year toddle I was seen within 3 -4 hours yet with my baby I had to wait 7-8 hours and still not resolved.

Was very impressed with the professionalisation and reassuring demeanour of the staff in the centre. They dealt with my reason for attending the centre very efficiently. There can be some issues with waiting times, and I heard some people complain, but unlike booked appointments at your own Doctors with allocated times, the centre accepts “walk in” patients and therefore constantly changing priorities. The staff have no control over that.

Friendly, helpful and understanding staff, but they are clearly completely under-resourced, hence the long waiting times. There are signs everywhere saying that the wait time is around 4 hours, and people should understand and accept this when they go in. The staff on the front desk can't be expected to prioritise patients when they don't know the full extent of the problem. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and thorough, and very personable. Thank you for helping me. The parking at the centre could be improved; there isn't enough, and people were sat in their cars waiting in spaces (assume this was due to the restriction on only one accompanying adult being allowed in the centre).

Daughter was seen within about 90 mins, lovely member of staff. The Nurse was very kind, friendly and chatty. Was able to call in a GP for further medication advice very quickly. GP was also engaging and kind. Thank you
